Use Eye Studio® Color Plush™ Silk Eyeshadow in Purple Icon to get Julia’s look. Sweep lightest shade over eye from lash line to brow bone, using the wider side of the applicator. Apply next-darkest shade across the full lid using the tapered end of brush, blending as you go.
